Brendan Egan is the CEO of Brightside Research Solutions, leading a team of market researchers dedicated to providing data-driven insights in the healthcare industry. With over 25 years of experience, Brendan has a proven track record in developing successful fieldwork strategies, building long-term client relationships, mentoring highly successful teams, and delivering high-quality qualitative and quantitative engagements.

His extensive experience spans new business development, brand management, market research, and sales management within the healthcare sector. He has held executive roles at Medefield, Dynata, and Lightspeed, where he honed his skills in creating strategies that drive revenue growth and brand loyalty. Brendan excels in building and leading high-performing teams and uses his communication skills and consultative approach to build strong client relationships.

Lisa Kaiser

Lisa Kaiser is the Chief Operating Officer at Brightside Research Solutions, bringing over 25 years of experience in healthcare and life sciences market research. Her career trajectory showcases a strong background in sales leadership and operations management within the research industry.

Prior to her current role, Lisa held senior positions at prominent research firms, including Kantar TNS, MRops, and, most recently, Dynata, where she led healthcare sales, panel, and operations. Lisa’s expertise spans a wide range of research methodologies rooted in operational depth, including project management, fieldwork/recruitment, panel management, coding, and data processing.

As COO, Lisa leverages her extensive experience to streamline operations, drive growth, and ensure high-quality fieldwork for Brightside’s clients. Her deep understanding of panel and recruitment enables her to provide innovative solutions in healthcare fieldwork, particularly for hard-to-reach audiences and targets such as rare/ultra patients, KOLs, Oncologists, etc.

Suzanne Mears

Suzanne Mears is the Vice President of Quantitative Research Lead at Brightside Research Solutions, where she leverages her extensive experience in market research project management. With over 35 years in the field, Suzanne has developed expertise in various aspects of quantitative research, from survey programming to data processing, in both online and CATI methodologies.

Her career includes key roles at prominent research firms such as Kantar TNS, MRops, and Integral Research. In 2007, Suzanne was the 1st employee at MRops, where the market research operations model was revolutionized by having operational leaders involved in the sale and management of research projects. Suzanne’s core competencies span sample management, data collection, data quality, data delivery, and project management.

Suzanne’s ability to manage complex projects and deliver high-quality results has earned her numerous endorsements, particularly in quantitative research methods. Committed to helping clients make informed decisions, Suzanne plays a crucial role in keeping Brightside Research Solutions at the forefront of the evolving research landscape. She remains eager to embrace new technologies and methodologies, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation in the field of quantitative research.

Christina Pereira

Christina Pereira, Vice President of Qualitative at Brightside Research Solutions, has a track record of building operationally efficient teams that focus on creating a meaningful impact for clients, aligning seamlessly with our mission.

Christina has an extensive 30+ year background in quantitative online data collection, panel building, and qualitative methodologies. Before joining Brightside Research, Christina launched and directed qualitative operations at Konovo, previously Survey Healthcare Global. In this role, she led five teams of qualitative project managers and successfully executed hundreds of healthcare market research projects annually worldwide. Her leadership and strategic vision in this capacity significantly contributed to the company’s ability to deliver high-impact insights and foster meaningful client relationships.

At Brightside Research, Christina continues to leverage her experience and leadership skills to build out the qualitative offering. She strives to enhance the effectiveness of her team and the quality of the recruitment process. Her commitment to excellence and strategic approach ensures that the insights derived are not only accurate but also actionable, driving real change in the healthcare vertical.

Tyler Wagner

Tyler Wagner is the Head of Patient Research at Brightside Research Solutions, where he leads the strategy and execution of patient and care partner research initiatives. With over a decade of experience in healthcare market research, Tyler specializes in building global patient and care partner panels, developing strategic partnerships with advocacy organizations, and ensuring the successful delivery of both qualitative and quantitative studies.

Prior to joining Brightside, Tyler held multiple leadership roles at M3 Global Research, including the Director of Global Patient Operations. There, he oversaw a global team spanning multiple countries and played a pivotal role in scaling the patient research service line into a high-performing, multi-million-dollar business. From building teams and processes from the ground up, to driving innovation through new product offerings, Tyler has consistently delivered results aligned with both financial targets and client expectations.

With a background in research and market strategy, Tyler combines analytical rigor with a deep understanding of patient engagement to deliver insights that drive better outcomes for clients and, ultimately, for those living with health conditions & care partners themselves.
